Hotel rooms in hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the venue have been pre-booked at special conference rates for the participants. We encourage you to book your hotel when you register online so you will not risk your preferred hotel being fully booked.

In order to book a room after having registered online, please send us an e-mail at participants@discongress.com

A 1-night deposit payment must back reservations of hotel rooms. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participant’s hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out. ALL REMAINING NIGHTS WILL BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.

For cancellations made before 20 June 2024, the deposit will be reimbursed. Cancellations made between 21st June and 21st August will only be reimbursed if the room can be allocated to another guest. For cancellations made after 22nd August 2024, no refund of the hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation, a no-show, or early departure, all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer.
